Elements of Intervention, LLC a community-based social enterprise implementing youth’s independent and healthy living skills through workshops, mentorship, respite supervision, youth advocacy, and mental health counseling for Tampa Bay’s at-risk youth.

About our CEO

Natasha Brown CEO

Natasha has over 10+ years of experience in the field of social work providing family advocacy and case management. Within the 10 years she has worked with children with behavioral and mental health needs, and children and families involved within the dependency court system due to abuse/neglect allegations along with having experience as a Crisis Intervention Specialist. She has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.  In the past she has been employed as a Certified Case Manager/Case Manager Supervisor/Assistant Director within the twelfth and thirteenth circuit courts with the state of Florida. Natasha is proficient in implementing effective practices, and enjoys tackling systemic issues and developing workable solutions, as well as following through with implementations.
